Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. Please note that tracking information might not be available for all shipping destinations or might become available only after the package has entered your country.

To Cancel or Change Your Order:

  1. Timing is Key: Please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our window for changes or cancellations is very short because we work quickly to get your order on its way.

  2. Contact Us Immediately: The fastest way to request an order cancellation or a change is to contact our customer service team directly. Please provide your order number and the details of the change or cancellation you wish to make.

  3. Change Limitations: While we strive to accommodate change requests, please note that once an order has been processed and entered the shipping stage, we cannot guarantee changes can be made. This includes changes to the shipping address, product sizes, colors, or quantities.

  4. Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, it will be treated as a return, and our standard return policy will apply.

  5. Refunds: For successfully cancelled orders, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a certain number of business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective
  • Product is not as described
  • Product must be in original packaging

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Returns can be mailed to: No. 213, Youyi Road, Fenghuang Town, Zhangjiagang City, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

All refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Different countries have different logistics timeliness. We will deliver your package as soon as possible and arrive in your hands within 15-30 days.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met.
